evoking true femininity.

One can consider that fashion truly does come in a full circle. Or in a figure eight of infinity. It's quite astonishing actually, watching/reminiscing the "fashion comebacks" and "fashion faux-pas" alter by season.

A few months ago the world of high-end fashion was all about the studs, the grommet, the torn, the ripped, goth-meets-femininity to the current military palette of khaki green, dusty rouge-pink and taupe brown.

But NOW. A new "trend" is nestling it's way into our stores and to me it's one of the best, most elegant, classy and most sexy of all:
fifties redux.
Bring back the bustiers, the lace, the floral, the high waisted skirts, lady-like bags, beige gloves and today's modern spin with bra ruffled tops but appearing slightly more human, wearable yet still

If I had my way, this is how real women should/would dress each and every day. The typical domesticated wives with a hard-working husband, two kids and the perfect house with green grass surrounded by white-picketed fences.

Include a little 50's to your daily outfit by adding any floral piece, a high waisted skirt or even a lacey bustier underneath a flowing top. It's simple! Oh and don't forget the matching handbag.

And no one does it better than Louis' current ad campaign. It's love. He is simply a genius.
What's your favourite trend?
Gros bisous
