Hi fellow followers!!
So as a fitness junkie, I know that when times get super busy- it's often difficult to find time for the gym! And this is when I stop and think- no matter how busy I am- I will always make time to workout. For me, it's a lifestyle. It's no longer a phase. It has become a strong part of my life.
I will always make time to be healthy. I will always take time out for myself. I will always take time to indulge in endorphins.
You take time out to do things that make you feel good, and working out makes you feel AMAZING so why not take time out to exercise? I love endorphins and so does my body!
But for those super-duper-workaholics and for those who just want to show their body a little more love, here are a few ways to show your body some serious love. Who knows, it may love you right back! I promise they all work!
1. Buy experiences. Not stuff.

2. Be thankful.
Gratitude plays a big part in overall happiness. Be thankful for everything in your life. Every night before you head to bed- think of something that you are grateful for and say thank you. It could be anything from "amazing friends who make me smile" to "smelly french cheese- that tastes so good!"
3. De-clutter.
De-clutter everything. De-clutter your home, your work station, your life. Anything from unpaid bills and dirty laundry can be distracting along with those who act negative around you and constantly bring you down. Invest in some storage solutions or kiss those haters goodbye and say hello to a tidier, positive life.
4. Stop comparing yourself to others.
Constantly sizing your life up against other people's will make you feel exactly that- the inferior one. Just face it- there will always be someone "better" than you and someone "worse" than you. But we all need to learn to accept that and embrace our strengths and weaknesses. By doing so you are making peace with the person you are, shun away alot of negative self-talk and open up your life to good times. Don't try to be anyone else but you- everyone else is already taken.
5. Move your body.
I know I said this list was for those who "didn't have time to exercise" but I would like to emphasise this again- getting active= feeling amazing. And it also equals banishing bad moods. Whether it's a brisk walk or a sweaty gym session, I promise you will be rewarded with endorphins that release nothing but utter goodness that your body needs!
6. Friends & Family.
Stay close to your friends and family, no matter how busy you get. They will always be your ultimate support system, caring, supporting and loving you through each step of your journey. Sure we have those who walk in and out of our lives but refer to point number 3. Stop wasting time and figure out who is important and who it is that genuinely matters.
7. Read.
There is nothing more relaxing and resourceful as feeding your mind with a good read. Whether it be a girly fiction novel or a super intense positive uplifting- life changing- read, it will bound to make you feel super good. Get lost in a novel, forget about your problems and be a part of a whole new world- extend your imagination and your vocabulary at the same time- bonus!
8. h2o.
Drink. Drink. Drink. Plenty of it. Water has limitless benefits. If you aren't a morning person- drink a bottle of water as soon as you wake up, as fast as you can- it will instantly get you up and running. A little hot water and lemon in the morning also helps kick start your metabolism for the day. A long with your recommended 8 glasses of water a day- drink 1 litre per hour of exercise to re-store the loss of fluids. Not only will it make you feel super good and prevent any nasty infections downstairs (just quietly), your skin will glow- yes even in the winter time!
9. Listen to some tunes.

10. Love.
Learn to love. To love and be loved in return is the most beautiful thing in the world. Open up your heart and let it be a part of your life. I'm not talking just partner-love. I'm talking friendship love. Animal/pet love. Family love. Love never fails and fixes everything.
11. Positivity.
Woops, couldn't get past without mentioning this one! Be positive. No matter what life throws at you always try to see the positive side of the situation. Be kind to people. You never know what journey that person is currently undertaking. Manifest happiness and achieve your dreams by dispersing positivity into the universe. It will show you big loving right back. So no matter how hard it gets- stay positive. It's just another bend in the road that makes life that little bit more interesting.
