Push away those negative haters who are no better. Push away the things and people that harm you in life, whether it be your body, mind or spirit. I promise everything will look, feel, even taste better.
Don't forget to be selfish and greedy (sometimes) and have a little me-time to indulge. Take some time out to relax, refresh and re-assess your goals, dreams and aspirations.
