blueprint your body now.

Toned thighs, perky boobs, glowing skin, hands up who wants these when they're older? Yup, we all do. But never fear, there are r e a l i s t i c ways to get the body you want by simply introducing good health and fitness habits into your everyday life NOW- (no I'm not talking about wrinkle creams, botox or plastic surgery)- think natural, positive ways to make those little changes in your body.

Even the smallest change can be the difference between saggy boobs, toned legs and a lean, tight bod. Keep your body looking great for years to come... if you "blueprint" it now! Now I'm no health guru, but I do like to think I know a bit about how to maintain a healthy, positive lifestyle (well at least I like to think so). I know it's hard, trust me- I didn't merge into this lifestyle overnight. It takes time, knowledge and practice. Get out there, learn, read, feed your mind and body with healthy advice and nourishments and the best of them all-get out there and sweat it out! It's going to burn but pain is temporary- looking and feeling good is a life long investment.

So how do celebs like Heidi Klum and Miranda Kerr bounce back from having a baby in no time? It's simple. They program their bodies to do so. Yes they are genetically blessed but half of it is teaching their bodies good habits that last a lifetime.

It's quite simple. Follow a poor diet filled with high-processed carbs your body will produce more insulin which in turn prevents fat loss. How about do the opposite? Follow a healthy diet and exercise regime and your body will produce less insulin which in turn, aids weight loss! See it's that easy!

Regular workouts in your twenties will also help shape your body for the future. By training and lifting weights, our muscle fibres fire up. If we don't start exercising until we are overweight and in our 40's, these fibres will have been dormant for such a long time that it will be super hard to get them going again!

Exercising regularly also enhances circulation and collagen production which prevents fat-deposit build up around your thighs and bottom- point blank? Exercise tones your skin to avoid cellulite! Exercising NOW is a great and simple way to increase muscle tone and coordination which will make exercise easier later in life!

As I've mentioned previously, exercise also helps to clear your mind and soul. And exercising also helps combat those "black days" where we are in moods, or everything seems to be going wrong! Tackle these days with a brisk walk, boxing class, even yoga for relaxation. I cannot emphasise enough- endorphins are the cure to every bad day!

At the end of the day, exercise stimulates everything from your circulation to your kidney and liver function, even your brain! Make sure your insides are working at their optimal levels, nourished from greeny, leafy vegetables, nuts and wholegrain foods!

Healthy eating is beyond good for you, having the most positive effect on your body- it increases bone density, maintains stable blood levels, avoids diseases such as diabetes and other nasty inflammatories.

The more good stuff you put into your body the better. I'm not saying eating a burger here and there will kill you. Your body is programmed to heal itself but the more processed, fried, un-raw food you eat, the more you are damaging your body, mind and soul.

Treat your body like a temple. You know it's good for you. And we all love feeling good. So get out there and kick some butt! Make sure to keep a positive clear mind to achieve your health and fitness dreams.
