summer body loving;

The days are longer, the mercury is rising and the sun is shining! Yup, Summer is on its way. So put away those tights and hoodies and bring out the shorts and singlets!

Our bodies give out what we give in. Remember to treat it like a temple and nourish it with all forms of nutrients and of course treat it to little indulgences- it all comes in moderation. Always drink plenty of h2o, stick to your diet plan and top it off with exercise. Remember, it's 30% exercise, 70% diet!. Here's to a tight, tone, fit physique! And don't forget the endless amounts of endorphins that come with exercising- you will feel on top of the world, rejuvenated and fresh :) How many of you have said... oh diet starts Monday, or next week, or next month....? Well guess what ladies?


Stop talking ladies and start doing
You will be amazed by what you really can achieve when you really put hard work and dedication. Nothing comes easy.
