[+] Currently interning at Brisbane's MAP Magazine. As purveyor's of pop culture, the studio working environment is so inspirational filled with quotes and happy doodlings around the walls! Located right in the heart of Fortitude Valley tucked away in James Street, it's prime location is perfect with it's fashion, stylish restaurants and the limitless coffee shops amongst it's surroundings. Absolutely love it and these six weeks are going to be invaluable experience.
[+] Re-organising my goals board. Do you have a goals board? Mine is filled with beautiful pictures of my dream home, my dream job, my dream car, my dream holiday destinations even little goals such as drinking two litres of water a day. But there comes a time when once you've completed a few of these goals, you need to re-organise it and re-prioritise them to fit your life. Never ever be afraid to dream big! Dream as if you will live forever, live as if you will die tomorrow.
[+] Winter fashion. Am absolutely in love with everything winter. Trench coats, tights, scarves, boots, beanies- the lot. Winter fashion is incredible and never ceases to amaze me each year! Currently in love with prints, military boots and colourful scarves!
[+] Holidays! It's mid-year uni holidays and a perfect time to wind down, catch up with old friends, lounge around reading your favourite books or watching your favourite movies all day without a single care in the world. I love waking up to the cool crisp of a winter's morning knowing I have the rest of day to do whatever it is I wish! What are you doing these holidays? [+] Keeping up with the Kardashians. Anyone else digging this season's episodes? Family rules! After every episode I continue to fall in love with Khloe and Lamar even further. Their cuteness, their adorableness- they are utterly perfect!
[+] Making the most of each and every single day. Sometimes life gives you lemons. And what you choose to do with those lemons is up to you! (there are countless endings to that saying I tell you!) But one thing I know is that life is incredibly short to be worried about the past, focus on negativity and live in fear. These past few weeks have been super rough (friendship, love, family, work, study)- but there was a day when I woke up and realised it's time to let it all go. The hurt, the negativity and the fear of opening up and living again. So live for today and make each and every single day as meaningful and as incredible as the one before- never ever ever take it for granted! To live is such a blessing! Treasure it. -Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game-
